Tower Hamlets Food Bank helps local families facing a crisis

Maks Newsagent on Columbia Road is offering a local collection point. Please see the priority list below and give what you can. Cash donations also welcome. Whenever there is a full box of goods from our community Joe and Sabi will arrange for it to be taken to St. Peter’s Church, which is a main collection point.

FOOD: Milk (UHT or powdered), Sugar, Soup in tins or packets, Tomatoes in tins, Meat/fish in tins, Cereals, Puddings – sponge, rice etc, Fruit/veg in tins, Tea bags/instant coffee, Jam, Fruit juice in cartons, Pasta sauces in tins/jars, Biscuits/snack bars, Rice/pasta, Instant mashed potato, Vegetarian foods

BABY PRODUCTS including nappies, wipes, etc.

HOUSEHOLD/CLEANING PRODUCTS including washing powder, kitchen roll etc
