Tower Hamlets Council is seeking the views of residents, businesses, local organisations and visitors on how to improve Brick Lane. The consultation started in November and ran until 3 January 2014 (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/bricklanetowncentresurvey). The aim was to shape priorities and identify funding needs to make Brick Lane a better place for people and business. However, as a next step, there will be a Brick Lane Town Center Audit & Action Plan workshop on Saturday 11 January 2014 at 9.45am to 1pm at Montefiore Centre, Hanbury Street, London E1 5HZ, Room G8. The purpose of the workshop is to present and discuss the audit data and to develop an Action Plan together with the attendees. All are welcome.
