Tower Hamlets Council and Transport for London are making some changes to some of the roads and pavements around Ion Square, Columbia Road and Virginia Road. The scheme, as the council notice describes it, “has been designed to improve safety, accessibility and connectivity”. Details have been posted to local residents.
